Did you know that all of our personalised stuff is created right here in our Australian print studio in sunny Brisbane, Queensland and sent all over the world? We custom design each and every item ordered so that it’s perfectly personalised just for you. Here’s how to personalise our awesome products.
Step 1 – Browse Designs
Use the previous and next buttons (or on tablets and mobile devices use your finger to swipe left and right) to choose a design.
Step 2 – Take a closer look
Click on any of our designs and a larger image will appear.
Step 3 – Choose a design
Once your design has been selected it will appear in a green box
Step 4 – Choose a size or colour
Some of our products will require you to select a size or colour
Step 5 – Add a name
Now it’s time to add a name. Some products will also require birth details or additional information. These fields are optional and if you wish to have only a name printed onto your items please just write “leave blank” in these areas. Once you have completed all the required information the add to cart button will turn green which means hooray + high fives you have just created your first personalised product.
As all of our items are made to order, please allow us time to create your item/s. All of our products are printed to order and not pre printed stock. All of our stuff is lovingly created starting at the artwork right through to the printing of the item. This is what allows us to offer a unique service ensuring that your item is truly one of a kind.

SPATZ offers FREE shipping on Australian orders over $250 to 5kg. Use the coupon code FREESHIPPING250 to claim the free shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight, and starts at $10 for parcels under 500g. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.
Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post eParcel, which provides tracking and signature on delivery at not additional cost. We also use couriers for some larger orders.
For international orders, we use International Airmail service (NO tracking, NO signature on delivery), and ExpressCourier International which provides tracking and signature on delivery, and is delivered in 2-4 business days to most locations. Our shipping charges are what we are charged to send. Please contact us if you would like to use Registered Post or Pack and Track international (additional charges apply).
If you’d like to include insurance, please contact us to arrange the cover.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT do split shipping of orders unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer. We do NOT send to multiple destinations unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.).
Signature On Delivery
Once your order has been processed/printed and is ready for shipping, you will receive and email containing a tracking number. SPATZ uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website HERE for postage timeframes. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.). We do not use Auspost “SAFEDROP” unless requested by the customer.
International Shipping
Yes! Most of our items are able to be shipped internationally, please contact us before making your purchase so we are able to provide you with an estimate on shipping rates. A lot of destination countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout.
Tracking
When your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent advising shipping and tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number.
Incorrect Delivery Address / Returned OR Undeliverable Parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as “undeliverable” Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.
