Most orders are lovingly printed within our standard processing timeframes (2-10 working days).

⏰ Peak periods (Back to School, Easter & Christmas, approx Oct–Mar) are busier than a playground at recess. During these times, processing will take longer than standard timeframes, plus shipping.
We offer Australian and international shipping (to most countries).
Postage costs are calculated at checkout.

📩 Order updates
We don’t send progress emails while your order is being printed.
You’ll receive a notification once your order is complete and dispatched.
If your order is paid for, it’s in the queue and will be processed in turn.
(Checking in for updates actually slows things down… and we want your goodies out fast!)
Actual print colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences.
This is totally normal in the print world.
If the Add to Cart button is red or disabled:
Make sure you’ve selected a design from the slider above the button
Select all required product options
Once selected, the border turns green and the button will activate.
If an item is unavailable, you’ll see an Out of Stock message.
Order confirmation emails are sent for all paid orders
If you use Gmail or Hotmail, please check your Spam or Other folders
