Important: We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date, including Christmas.
Courier and postal delays after dispatch are outside our control.

Order updates
All SPATZ products are printed to order and standard production is 2–10 working days.
We do not provide individual production progress updates while your order is within this timeframe.
If your order is paid and confirmed, it is in our system and will be processed in turn.
Your next update will be your dispatch email with tracking.
If we need anything from you before then, we’ll contact you.
Repeatedly checking for progress does not move an order forward in the production queue and can slow down the humans currently printing it.

A tiny note about colours
Actual print colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen because monitors, phones and tablets all display colour differently.
This is completely normal in the print world and part of the charm of individually printed products ♡

Make sure every required size, colour, style or product option has been selected.

Once every required option has been selected, the button will activate and you can add the item to cart.
If an item is genuinely unavailable, you’ll see an Out of Stock message.
