Allow the production time shown on the product page first. As a general guide, normal SPATZ production is around 2–10 working days, then Singapore delivery is typically around 6–12 business days after dispatch. Carrier and customs delays can occasionally add time.
SPATZ website prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may show or apply a conversion to Singapore dollars.
Absolutely. Enter the recipient's Singapore delivery address at checkout. Many SPATZ products also offer personalised gift-box or message options, so you can look extremely organised from another country.
Selected products offer 24-hour rush production. Rush speeds up the making of the item only — it does not turn international postage into teleportation, so normal Singapore transit times still apply.
Singapore GST or import charges may apply depending on the value of the order, how it is shipped and current Singapore import rules. Any amounts not already collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Please check current Singapore rules if you are unsure before ordering.
