Every SPATZ order is printed to order by our little Gold Coast crew. Standard production is 2–10 working days, then your parcel heads off on its postal adventure.
Standard SPATZ production is 2–10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays and published closures.
During peak periods such as Back to School, Easter and Christmas, production can take a little longer while the printers earn their keep.
We do not provide individual production progress updates while your order is within our standard 2–10 working day production window.
If your order is paid and confirmed, it is in our system and will be processed in turn. If we need anything from you, we’ll contact you.
