Our certificates have no expiry date.

SPATZ Gift Certificates:
- Are available in any amount.
- Are to only be used within our online store: www.spatz.com.au
- Are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Are not able to be used in conjunction with other offers from both SPATZ and its affiliates.
- Are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, balances are kept but not transferable.
- Please be careful with your certificate as we will not be responsible if it is used without your permission once it is in your possession all liabilities are passed onto the purchaser.
- If you choose to forward your certificate via email (electronic transmission) yourself, we will not be held responsible and damage, loss of property caused to the recipient.
- If you purchase your certificate and use Direct Deposit as your method of payment, your certificate will not be forwarded to you / the recipient until all funds have cleared.
