🕒 Order Processing Times
Most orders are lovingly printed within our standard processing timeframes (2-10 working days).
⏰ Peak periods (Back to School, Easter & Christmas, approx Oct–Mar) are busier than a playground at recess. During these times, processing will take longer than standard timeframes, plus shipping.
📩 Order updates
- We don’t send progress emails while your order is being printed.
- You’ll receive a notification once your order is complete and dispatched.
- If your order is paid for, it’s in the queue and will be processed in turn. (Checking in for updates actually slows things down… and we want your goodies out fast!)
