SPATZ PRODUCT CARE ♡

Love it.
Wash it properly.
Please don't boil it.

Personalised things live hard lives around small humans. Lunch bags get yoghurt on them. Blankets get dragged through the house. Drink bottles disappear under car seats. Here is how to give your SPATZ stuff the best possible chance of surviving the adventure.

☀ Hand printed on the Gold Coast · 🧼 Product-specific care always wins · ↓ Gravity remains undefeated

AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE GRAVITY DEPARTMENT

Gravity remains undefeated.

Washing instructions can only do so much. Some forms of product care are less about detergent and more about not launching the item at the floor.

A ceramic mug dropped onto concrete has not mysteriously developed a production issue. It has simply conducted an extremely successful gravity demonstration.

The same general principle applies to plates, bottles, keepsakes and anything else that has an unfortunate meeting with a hard surface. Manufacturing faults are one thing. Gravity experiments are another. 😂

A little hand-printed disclaimer.

SPATZ products are individually printed and personalised, so small variations in print position, colour and finish can occur. That is part of the production process rather than evidence that seventeen identical factory robots have briefly lost formation.

For the detailed explanation of normal print and manufacturing tolerances, head to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page.

GIFT-READY WITHOUT THE SAD BEIGE

Packaging + direct gifting.

SPATZ orders include the product tags and information relevant to the items ordered. Presentation and gift-box options vary by product.

Sending the order directly to the lucky human? Use their name and delivery address at checkout and use the available gift-message/order-note options where offered. We do not need to ruin the surprise with a dramatic invoice announcement.

SPATZ birds

Cold. Gentle. No bleach.
And maybe don't throw it at concrete.

Look after the print, follow the product-specific instructions and give gravity as few opportunities as possible.
