Not every design offers every option. What appears on that particular product page is what is available for that product.
We print the information supplied with your order, so give everything one final look before sending it into the world.
We do not routinely rewrite customer-supplied spelling or wording. If you type “Brain” instead of “Brian”, Brain may be about to receive an extremely well printed present.
SPATZ products are printed or personalised to order by our team on the Gold Coast. Standard production is 2–10 working days.
Once your order is finished, we pack it up and send it on its way. Tracking is emailed after dispatch where the selected delivery service includes tracking.
Production time and delivery time are separate. We make the thing first. Then the postal adventure begins.
Every personalised SPATZ order is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it. Standard production is 2–10 working days.
Working days do not include weekends, Queensland public holidays, published closures or carrier delivery time.
During busy periods such as Back to School, Easter and Christmas, production or carrier timeframes may be longer.
We do not provide individual stage-by-stage production updates while an order is within the standard production window. Your next update is your dispatch email with tracking, unless we need something from you first.
Selected SPATZ products offer a 24-hour Rush option. Where available, eligible Rush Orders placed before 12 midday Queensland time on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch.
Rush speeds up production, not carrier delivery. If you also need faster delivery, choose Express Post separately at checkout.
One gets your SPATZ item made faster. The other gets the finished parcel onto a faster delivery service. Sometimes you need both. Mildly annoying, extremely useful to know.
We love a customer email. We love it slightly less when the subject is “HELP I SPELT MY CHILD’S NAME WRONG”.
