CLOTHING, BUCKET HATS & ORGANIC COTTON BLANKETS

Our images will NOT CRACK OR PEEL as long as you follow the washing instruction listed below, your personalised design should outlast your Mini Peeps growth.  All SPATZ clothing have tags and care instructions that are directly printed onto our clothing so no itchy tags or labels and super soft on your childs skin!

DRINK BOTTLES:

Please warm handwash only using dish washing liquid. Do not use in a microwave. Do not leave your bottle in direct sunlight for extended periods as this may cause the print to fade. Both bottle and lids are BPA free. Bottle is STAINLESS STEEL, leach, stain and corrosion resistant. Always store dry, with lid ajar to promote airflow. Do not fill with hot liquids. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD Small Parts. Not suitable for use by children under 3 years.

Cleaning

If your water bottles need a more intense clean than the daily hot soapy water wash, try bi-carb (baking soda) or vinegar. Avoid using bleach as it is not safe to consume and leaves an odour. If a bottle has visible black mould spots. Wash and scrub to remove mould, then go through one of the thorough cleaning process below.

Bi-carb soda

1. Add 2-4 tsp of bi-carb soda and fill with warm water. Shake, then leave overnight.
2. Discard and rinse out with water

Using vinegar

1. Fill bottle with vinegar diluted one part in four (e.g. 1/4 cup vinegar 3/4 cup water). Leave overnight.
2. Rinse with water.

Next wash bottles. Always rinse bottles out with water after cleaning.
Air dry on a drying rack. Always store with lid off.

MELAMINE PLATES & MUGS

Plastic/melamine items are dishwasher safe on the top shelf of most dishwashers. These are not suitable on high temperature washes (sanitisation, steam or heavy washes). Some brands do wash very hot, especially if they advertise sanitisation functions, and this can deform the melamine. Miele, Maytag, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel & LG all advertise sanitisation and/or steam with cycles in excess of 70C, which is not suitable for melamine.

Do not use in microwave. Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause the print to fade. Mugs, Plates are BPA free. Mugs & Plates are made of melamine.

BAGS, TOTES & PENCILCASES

Wipe internal compartments with a damp cloth as needed. Hand wash or cold machine wash. Line dry out of direct sunlight. Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause the print to fade. Do not use stain removers on printed areas. Do not tumble dry. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD Small Parts. Not suitable for use by children under 3 years.

PILLOWCASES, CUSHION COVERS & QUILTS

Please hand wash or cold machine wash. DO NOT SOAK, USE SOAKING AGENTS OR BLEACH. Line dry out of direct sunlight or warm tumble dry. Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause the print to fade. DO NOT IRON.

BEACH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS & FACE WASHERS

Our towels & washers will arrive flat but don‘t worry they will regain their fluffiness after washing. Cold machine wash. DO NOT SOAK, USE SOAKING AGENTS OR BLEACH. Line dry out of direct sunlight or warm tumble dry. Do not leave in direct sunlight or exposed to chlorine for extended periods, as this may cause the print to fade. DO NOT IRON.

Drawstring Bags, Swim Bags, Tooth Fairy Bags & Santa Sacks

SPATZ drawstring bag are super versatile featuring dual drawstring cords which double as handles and made from 100% Polyester. Our Swim bags feature a thicker fabric which is water resistant. All of our Drawstring bags are Machine Washable, We recommend line drying but they are able to be tumble dried on a low heat setting.

Mini Chefs Sets

SPATZ Aprons & Hats are super awesome! Our Aprons have a loop neck strap and a tie waist. All chefs hats feature an adjustable velcro closure. Recommended for ages 3+ and are machine washable!

ART SMOCKS

CANVAS WALL ORGANISERS, STORAGE CUBES, BED ORGANISERS

Dummy / Toy Clips

PLEASE WASH BEFORE USE ****CAUTION: This item is to be used under strict ADULT SUPERVISION at all times. Wash thoroughly before and after each use. Do not lengthen or add additional strings or straps to this product. Inspect before each use and dispose at first sign of damage *****

easy to use: Slip ribbon through the BPA free silicone ring or pop ring over dummy end for button style dummies. Securely attach dummy clip to childs clothing.All SPATZ Dummy Clips are made of high quality Ribbon printed here at SPATZ HQ with a German made wooden clasp at one end and a BPA Free silicone ring at the other. The clasp is super strong, made from wood and is able to be clipped on to all sorts of items such as clothing, car seats and prams/strollers.

The wooden clip used is: Nickel and lead free unlike most metal clips, Saliva resistant, meets EU (BS EN 12586:2007) & Australian Standards in regards to the size of the clip and ventilation holes and is securely attached to the clip and is unable to be removed.

The silicone ring used is: BPA Free and securely attached to the clip and is unable to be removed as required by EU (BS EN 12586:2007) & Australian Standards.

All SPATZ clips do not exceed the recommended length as out in EU (BS EN 12586:2007), and both clips and adaptors are securely attached to the clip and are not able to be removed.
Please wash your clip before use as residual non toxic ink may be present. We recommend hand washing your product in cool soapy water and avoid wetting the clip.

As the ribbon will come into contact with your child’s saliva, for hygiene reasons we recommend disposing of your clip and replacing it with a new one every 3-6 months.
