03 · THE MIDDAY RULE
Get it in before 12:00pm Queensland time.
Eligible Rush Orders placed before midday on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch, provided payment has cleared and every detail needed for production is complete.
Orders placed after the cut-off may begin Rush processing on the following working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Queensland public holidays are not working days.

04 · HELP US BE QUICK
Your order must be ready to make.
The Rush clock cannot properly start while we are chasing missing names, unclear photos, failed payments or mystery addresses. Please make sure your order includes:

05 · ONE VERY IMPORTANT CART RULE
Keep Rush items in their own order.
Do not combine Rush and standard-production products in the same cart. A standard item can hold up the entire order.
Place non-Rush products as a separate order so your urgent little parcel can keep moving.
06 · SELECTED PRODUCTS ONLY
Look for the Rush option.
Rush is available only when the upgrade is displayed on the individual product page. Availability can change with the product, materials, capacity and time of year.
If there is no Rush option, that product is not currently eligible. Writing “URGENT!!!” in the order notes remains emotionally compelling, but does not create a Rush upgrade. 😂
07 · CHECK BEFORE ORDERING
A rushed typo is still a typo.
Rush Orders may enter production very quickly. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once we have started preparing or printing your order.
Check the name, spelling, dates, wording, photo, design, product options and delivery address before completing checkout.
08 · ONCE IT LEAVES US
We rush it. We cannot teleport it.
Rush is a priority-production service. It does not guarantee next-day delivery or arrival by a particular date. Delivery timing depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier after your parcel leaves SPATZ.
Weather, postal-network delays, public holidays, regional services and an incorrect address can still affect delivery.
When your date is tight, select an available Express Post option as well and allow as much delivery time as possible.

What does 24-hour Rush mean?
An eligible, fully paid and complete personalised order receives priority production and is targeted for next-business-day dispatch when placed before the applicable cut-off.
Does Rush guarantee next-day delivery?
No. Rush speeds up production only. Delivery begins after dispatch and depends on your shipping service and carrier.
Which products can be rushed?
Only products currently displaying a Rush Order option on their product page.
Is there an additional cost?
Yes. Rush is an optional priority-production upgrade and the additional fee is shown where the option is available.
Can I mix Rush and standard items?
No. Please place Rush products and standard-production products as separate orders.
Where are SPATZ Rush gifts made?
They are personalised, printed, checked and packed by us on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Give it one proper final look.

Standard SPATZ production is generally 2–10 working days before delivery, unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product page.
Working days do not include weekends, Queensland public holidays, published studio closures or carrier delivery time. Back to School, Easter, Christmas and other busy periods may also affect production or delivery timeframes.
We do not normally send stage-by-stage updates while an order remains within its stated production window. Your next update is usually the dispatch email with tracking, unless we need information from you first.

Will SPATZ correct my spelling?
Not routinely. We print the information supplied, so names, dates and personalised wording must be checked before checkout.
Is the on-screen preview exact?
No. Where offered, the preview is a useful guide. Final sizing, spacing, placement, colours, decorative effects and textures may vary or be adjusted during production.
How long will my order take?
Standard production is generally 2–10 working days unless the product page states another timeframe. Delivery time is additional.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch where the selected delivery service includes tracking.
Where is my personalised product made?

01 · A QUICK WORD ABOUT WORDS
The font is part of the design. ♡
Every SPATZ design is created as one complete little masterpiece. The font, colours, illustrations, spacing and layout are chosen to work together, so the lettering shown in the product photos is generally the lettering your finished item will use.
We do not generally change fonts by request unless the product page includes a font selector. Swapping the lettering can completely change the spacing, balance and personality of the original design.
02 · DECORATIVE LETTERS
Some letters are built a little differently.
Decorative, handwritten and playful fonts can use letter shapes that look quite different from the standard letters on your keyboard.
These little quirks are part of the font itself and are not printing or spelling errors.
03 · UPPERCASE + LOWERCASE
The way you type it tells us the spelling — but not always the case.
Depending on the design, personalised wording may appear in uppercase, lowercase, title case or a playful combination of letters.

The on-screen preview is a guide rather than an exact production proof. Every name and piece of wording takes up a different amount of room. A tiny three-letter name and a magnificent seventeen-letter name simply cannot sit in exactly the same way.
When preparing your order, we may make small design adjustments to keep the finished artwork balanced, clear and easy to read. Colours, decorative effects and extra textures shown in the preview may also be adjusted or vary slightly during production of the actual product.

Screens + printed colours are not identical twins.
Phone brightness, monitor settings, lighting and the material we print onto can all affect the way a colour looks.
Colours on a glowing screen may look slightly different once printed onto fabric, ceramic, melamine, paper or another physical product.
07 · PHOTO PRODUCTS
Photos sometimes need a little crop.
If your product includes an uploaded photograph, the final print shape may mean we need to crop, enlarge or reposition the image so it fits the artwork properly.
Upload the clearest, highest-quality image you have and keep important faces and details away from the very edge.

03 · THE MIDDAY RULE
Get it in before 12:00pm Queensland time.
Eligible Rush Orders placed before midday on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch, provided payment has cleared and every detail needed for production is complete.
Orders placed after the cut-off may begin Rush processing on the following working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Queensland public holidays are not working days.

04 · HELP US BE QUICK
Your order must be ready to make.
The Rush clock cannot properly start while we are chasing missing names, unclear photos, failed payments or mystery addresses. Please make sure your order includes:
If we need to contact you for missing or unclear information, the Rush timeframe may be delayed.
05 · ONE VERY IMPORTANT CART RULE
Keep Rush items in their own order.
Do not combine Rush and standard-production products in the same cart. A standard item can hold up the entire order.
Place non-Rush products as a separate order so your urgent little parcel can keep moving.
06 · SELECTED PRODUCTS ONLY
Look for the Rush option.
Rush is available only when the upgrade is displayed on the individual product page. Availability can change with the product, materials, capacity and time of year.
If there is no Rush option, that product is not currently eligible. Writing “URGENT!!!” in the order notes remains emotionally compelling, but does not create a Rush upgrade. 😂
07 · CHECK BEFORE ORDERING
A rushed typo is still a typo.
Rush Orders may enter production very quickly. Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once we have started preparing or printing your order.
Check the name, spelling, dates, wording, photo, design, product options and delivery address before completing checkout.
08 · ONCE IT LEAVES US
We rush it. We cannot teleport it.
Rush is a priority-production service. It does not guarantee next-day delivery or arrival by a particular date. Delivery timing depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier after your parcel leaves SPATZ.
Weather, postal-network delays, public holidays, regional services and an incorrect address can still affect delivery.
When your date is tight, select an available Express Post option as well and allow as much delivery time as possible.

What does 24-hour Rush mean?
An eligible, fully paid and complete personalised order receives priority production and is targeted for next-business-day dispatch when placed before the applicable cut-off.
Does Rush guarantee next-day delivery?
No. Rush speeds up production only. Delivery begins after dispatch and depends on your shipping service and carrier.
Which products can be rushed?
Only products currently displaying a Rush Order option on their product page.
Is there an additional cost?
Yes. Rush is an optional priority-production upgrade and the additional fee is shown where the option is available.
Can I mix Rush and standard items?
No. Please place Rush products and standard-production products as separate orders.
Where are SPATZ Rush gifts made?
They are personalised, printed, checked and packed by us on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Choose the design, size, colour, style, set configuration and any other options shown. If Add to Cart is disabled, one required option is usually still waiting to be selected.
03 · ADD THE PERSONAL BITS
Tell us exactly what to print.
Depending on the product, this may be a name, nickname, date, birth details, message or photo. Not every design includes every type of personalisation.
04 · CHECK EVERY LITTLE DETAIL
Give it one proper final look.
Check names, spelling, dates, photos, design, size, colour, quantity and delivery address. We print the information supplied with the order.
05 · COMPLETE CHECKOUT
Then we do the making bit.
Once payment and production details are complete, your order joins our queue. We personalise, print, check, pack and dispatch it from our Gold Coast studio.

The preview is not an exact production proof. Letter size, spacing and placement may be adjusted, and colours, decorative effects or extra textures can vary slightly when the actual product is produced.
PHOTO PRODUCTS
Upload the correct, clearest photo.
Choose a clear image with enough room around the important face or subject, and make sure the intended file has finished uploading before adding the product to your cart.
Photos may need to be cropped or adjusted to suit the product shape and printable area. We will never assume that the accidental screenshot of your camera roll was an artistic decision.

MADE TO ORDER ON THE GOLD COAST
Made to order means we actually have to make it. ♡
Standard SPATZ production is generally 2–10 working days before delivery, unless a different timeframe is stated on the individual product page.
Working days do not include weekends, Queensland public holidays, published studio closures or carrier delivery time. Back to School, Easter, Christmas and other busy periods may also affect production or delivery timeframes.
We do not normally send stage-by-stage updates while an order remains within its stated production window. Your next update is usually the dispatch email with tracking, unless we need information from you first.

Rush Orders exist for a reason. ⚡
Selected products offer a paid 24-hour Rush production option. Where available, eligible, fully paid and complete Rush Orders placed before 12:00pm Queensland time on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch.
Rush production is not Express Post. Rush gets it made faster; Express Post gets the finished parcel onto a faster delivery service. Truly last-minute orders may need both.
A required design, size, colour, personalisation field or other product option is usually still incomplete. Work back through the choices shown on the page.
Will SPATZ correct my spelling?
Not routinely. We print the information supplied, so names, dates and personalised wording must be checked before checkout.
Is the on-screen preview exact?
No. Where offered, the preview is a useful guide. Final sizing, spacing, placement, colours, decorative effects and textures may vary or be adjusted during production.
How long will my order take?
Standard production is generally 2–10 working days unless the product page states another timeframe. Delivery time is additional.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch where the selected delivery service includes tracking.
Where is my personalised product made?
SPATZ products are designed, personalised, printed, checked and packed by our family studio on the Gold Coast, Australia.

01 · A QUICK WORD ABOUT WORDS
The font is part of the design. ♡
Every SPATZ design is created as one complete little masterpiece. The font, colours, illustrations, spacing and layout are chosen to work together, so the lettering shown in the product photos is generally the lettering your finished item will use.
We do not generally change fonts by request unless the product page includes a font selector. Swapping the lettering can completely change the spacing, balance and personality of the original design.
02 · DECORATIVE LETTERS
Some letters are built a little differently.
Decorative, handwritten and playful fonts can use letter shapes that look quite different from the standard letters on your keyboard.
These little quirks are part of the font itself and are not printing or spelling errors.
03 · UPPERCASE + LOWERCASE
The way you type it tells us the spelling — but not always the case.
Depending on the design, personalised wording may appear in uppercase, lowercase, title case or a playful combination of letters.

Typing a name with a capital first letter — or typing it in ALL CAPS — does not guarantee it will print that way unless the product specifically gives you a letter-case choice.

Preview their name before you order. ♡
We offer a font preview directly on the product page, so you can type the name or wording and see how it may look in the selected font before adding the product to your cart.
The on-screen preview is a guide rather than an exact production proof. Every name and piece of wording takes up a different amount of room. A tiny three-letter name and a magnificent seventeen-letter name simply cannot sit in exactly the same way.
When preparing your order, we may make small design adjustments to keep the finished artwork balanced, clear and easy to read. Colours, decorative effects and extra textures shown in the preview may also be adjusted or vary slightly during production of the actual product.

06 · COLOUR
Screens + printed colours are not identical twins.
Phone brightness, monitor settings, lighting and the material we print onto can all affect the way a colour looks.
Colours on a glowing screen may look slightly different once printed onto fabric, ceramic, melamine, paper or another physical product.
07 · PHOTO PRODUCTS
Photos sometimes need a little crop.
If your product includes an uploaded photograph, the final print shape may mean we need to crop, enlarge or reposition the image so it fits the artwork properly.
Upload the clearest, highest-quality image you have and keep important faces and details away from the very edge.
