What Can I Print On My Items

We love that fact that we are a little bit different when it comes to printing names on stuff.  We don't have any of the regular old restrictions, you can use as many letters as you like, entire sentences even, what ever rocks your boat, we're cool like that. Some of our fonts are a little bit fancy and decorative, and are intended to compliment the design, so please ensure that you check out the product image before placing an order. Some of our fonts used all uppercase, or all lowercase, or use mixed case representations (eg. ‘A’ for a lowercase ‘a’, ‘j’ for uppercase ‘J’, etc), so in these cases, it won’t matter how you have typed the name as the font may represent it differently. At SPATZ, we're constantly trying to improve, and some of our designs may vary in detail from the product example pictures, as we revisit older designs and adjust those to include more detail, graphic elements, colours, placement, effects, resolution or other design and/or print tools and techniques that we believe improve the design. Similarly, some designs may be removed from the lineup at times so they won't always be available, and they won't always be available across the product range. All SPATZ products are manually printed here @SPATZ HQ, please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning/sizing although we do try our hardest. Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen. Image/name position/placement may vary from those seen in design selectors – for illustrative purposes only. On the flip side we do have a few rules: WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PRINT ANYTHING THAT DETRACTS FROM OUR LABEL, INCLUDING: Licensed Images, Harassing, threatening, derogatory, defamatory, racist, abusive, hateful, violent or obscene wording, your order will be cancelled immediately. 

Supplied Additional/Birth Details/Text

Requested Additional Information is applicable to the product and design selected. SPATZ reserves the right to modify, omit partially or omit entirely the requested additional information provided for the preservation of the integrity of our digital artworks. Dinnersets with multiple names and/or additional details will include those only on the plate and bowl. Mugs and cutlery will only include the first name.

Supplied Photographs

Photos supplied for use in photo products should be at 200-300dpi. Highly compressed photos will also contain a lot of graininess to the print. Low DPI photos will generally result in a red ‘rash’ appearance of some skin tones. We do not touch up, recolour, adjust, calibrate, blur, bleed, edit or otherwise of customer supplied photographs.

"Add a matching" options on products

The same design (variant) will be used for the add-on item, and customised with the same requested personalisation details. For some items, additional names may be omitted (for example, add-on cutlery and other very small items) may only have the first name included when a full name and/or birth details are provided. Some add-on design variants may be a little different from the example shown on the linked product. Differences may include layout, background, details available, however the overall theme of the design and the main design elements will remain mostly consistent.

Symbols

Do not include any symbols, emoticons, emojis, icons or other graphical characters etc as most of the fonts we use do not have any of these glyphs available. If they are included, then they will be omitted if unavailable in the fonts. Some glyphs can prevent details from being stored on the order. UV tee prints are not able to be personalised and are printed as per the design shown. We print on kids stuff, that's how we roll.

Special Note on Checkout messages

DO NOT provide additional information relating to order items, text , messages, "clarifications" OR OTHERWISE in the Gift message or Delivery Message areas on the checkout. Gift messages will be printed onto cards and included with the parcel. Delivery messages are provided to delivery partners to assist with delivery of your parcels. These are NOT AVAILABLE to us a the time artwork is prepared. If something special is required, which cannot be provided on the name/additional info fields on the product when you add it to the cart, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that details are correct on the individual items.

SPATZ "© Dezign Your Own Stuff" Service

Please ensure that all images are kept below 5mb. Anything submitted over this size will cause all of our servers to explode and we will no longer be able to provide SPATZ awesomeness to other peeps, so be cool peeps....be cool. We are quite happy to print almost anything that you choose to design using this service except for Licensed images and graphics subject to copyright. As the creator of your "© Dezign Your Own Stuff" product, By uploading your images you are assuming copyright and responsibility for those images and agree to obeying the laws of Australia. SPATZ Mini Peeps DOES NOT accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit. We reserve the right not to produce any item that may breach our guidelines. If you're submitting a digital artwork, ensure documents are flattened with no layers. Specifically, PDF layers, annotations, etc may not be visible when we load in the artwork. SPATZ shall not accept liability or damage for the loss of files that you submit. Please ensure that you take care when uploading your images and designing your product as that is how it will be printed. If you think the resolution of your image is too low, please contact us. By using the SPATZ Mini Peeeps "© Dezign Your Own Stuff" service You agree to indemnify SPATZ and its associated Suppliers against any claim made against or suffered by SPATZ in connection with your use of "© Dezign Your Own Stuff" and your breach of these Terms of Use or your breach of any rights of third parties.  

Processing & Postage Times

Please be patient during the Christmas and back to school periods (mid September through to February). We get really busy, and normal processing timeframes will extend over this time.  Express post will speed up postage only and not the processing time of your order.  Thanks Peeps!

 Standard Order Processing Times (Non-Peak):

As all of our items are made to order, please allow us time to create your item/s. All of our products are printed to order and not pre printed stock. All of our stuff is lovingly created starting at the artwork right through to the printing of the item. This is what allows us to offer a unique service ensuring that your item is truly one of a kind. Unless specified on the individual product page, your SPATZ order will take approximately 16 working days to create (approximately 18 working days for some items please refer to table below) PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri). SPATZ consider "Working days" to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and published office closures) to create PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri). PLEASE NOTE - Processing times will extend past those quoted during super busy times such as Back To School, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas so please leave enough time to ensure that you receive your order by your required date. If you do need your item in a hurry please contact us via our contact form and we can try to assist. Orders are not able to be expedited during peak periods. Overnight Printing with Next Day Shipping of our Fleece Blankets (Mini/Snuggle), Cotton Blankets, Keepsake Boxes, Backpacks and Dinnersets is due to re-commence in late June for orders placed before 11am est (weekdays).  A Rush Order fee will apply. Next day shipping is only available if your address is within the Australia Post National or QLD next day delivery networks. Choose the RUSH ORDER (Include Express post) at the checkout. Rush Orders

  • Not available at all times of the year.
  • When available, orders placed with rush order need to be placed by midday to be dispatched by next business day. For example, if you place an order 9am Monday (non public hol), it will be dispatched by Tuesday. If you place an order 1pm Friday, it will be dispatched by the following Tues (Wed if the Mon or Tues are public hols).
  • Not all items are able to be expedited.
  • Each order item must include Rush order option and be eligible for the Rush order service.
  • Rush order option refers only to processing/printing and DOES NOT include express shipping.
  • Shipping options are selected on the checkout separately; if you need it in a hurry, be sure to opt for Express post postage as well.

Christmas 2022

Orders for items including: santa sacks (excluding linen santa sacks), towels (excluding hooded towels), swim bags, drawstring bags, fleece blankets, pillowcases & cushion covers (excl canvas), quilt covers, etc and all other items requiring sewing, will need to be placed & paid for by the 14th NOVEMBER, 2022, to be sent by Auspost last lodgement dates. (Auspost Christmas Lodgement dates) See individual products for details. Standard advertised non-peak timeframes DO NOT APPLY and will take longer than our normal NON-PEAK timeframes. Orders placed after these dates may not be completed, dispatched or received before Christmas. Dates may be subject to change.

Shipping Costs

SPATZ offers FREE shipping on Australian orders* over $250. Use the coupon code FREESHIPPING250 to claim the free shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight, and starts at $10 for parcels under 500g. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Some products excluded. To Australian addresses only. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed. Free shipping not available on wholesale orders. Free shipping applies to orders up to 5kg calculated weight.
You can order any products from our our online store and we will drop you an email, sms or give you a call when they are ready to be picked up. How cool is that? This option is free of delivery charges and normal processing times still apply. Customer Collections are available during shop hours; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10.30-2.30pm. Our Address is 9 /140 Wecker Road, Mansfield QLD 4122. To use this option please select "Collect From Warehouse" from the shipping menu during checkout.
Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using a combination of Australia Post eParcel, Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT. Tracking and signature on delivery are available on most articles at not additional cost. For international orders, we use International Airmail service (NO tracking, NO signature on delivery), Registered Post (Signature on delivery only), Pack 'n Track (Tracking only) and ExpressCourier International which provides both tracking and signature on delivery, and is delivered in 2-4 business days to most locations worldwide. Our shipping charges are what we are charged to send. For current prices, please provide your address details at the checkout. SPATZ does not accept responsibility on any lost articles, or items that are damaged in transit due to the handling of the carrier (Auspost or other). You may add domestic (Australian) postage insurance for $2.50 per $100 (contact us for international postage insurance quote), which can be arranged by contacting [email protected] before your order has been marked completed or articles dispatched. If parcels are damaged enroute, be sure to keep all packaging materials so they can be presented to support any insurance claim. Claims will be rejected by the providers without the packaging or inspection. If you provide Authority to Leave, you are also indemnifying Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT and other couriers that articles are sent with, in the event that the parcel is delivered and not received (stolen or otherwise). Pack 'n Track, Registered Post and EMS are all offered as alternatives to Standard Airmail for International delivery. These provide a higher level of service and cover provided by the carriers. Insurance is still required to be added for monetary compensation in the event of loss or damage. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT do split shipping of orders unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer. We do NOT send to multiple destinations unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer.

Please visit the Australia Post website HERE for postage timeframes. If  you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.).
The Express Post option for Australian orders refers to the SHIPPING ONLY, and not printing/processing times.

Signature On Delivery

Once your order has been processed/printed and is ready for shipping, you will receive and email containing a tracking number. SPATZ uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website HERE for postage timeframes. If  you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.). We do not use Auspost "SAFEDROP" unless requested by the customer.

International Shipping

Yes! Most of our items are able to be shipped internationally, please contact us before making your purchase so we are able to provide you with an estimate on shipping rates. A lot of destination countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout. Some countries impose import duties and taxes on goods entering the country - the customer is responsible for any duties, charges, taxes or otherwise payable. If you do not wish to pay import duties when received, then 100% cancellation fees apply, and return postage costs may also be payable.

Tracking

When your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent advising shipping and tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number.

Incorrect Delivery Address / Returned OR Undeliverable Parcels

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as uncollected or undeliverable, standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery, and the returned parcel charge will also be passed on to the customer. If you do not wish to pay for the redelivery, then a 100% cancellation fee will apply to your order.

Lost Items

If your item has not been delivered please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number or contact us here quoting your order number.

Payment

Here at SPATZ, we use Credit Cards (VISA/MASTERCARD) as our primary online payment method. For cardholder protection and PCI-DSS compliance, we DO NOT accept credit card details by email, by Facebook private message or via mail. Any complete credit card or cardholder details received by any other means than via the secure website credit card processing form (sent directly to the processing facility for immediate payment) will be deleted or destroyed upon discovery.

Credit Card Verification for Fraud Protection

Once orders are received (ie payment is processed), our system will perform multiple additional checks for fraud protection. Your order may be flagged for card payment followup, and you may be requested to send a photo of the face of the card showing the first 4 and last 3 digits only, along with the name. It must be the card used and the name must match the billing name on the order. This is to ensure that YOU are the cardholder of the card used for the order, and that you are in possession of the card used. Failure or unwillingness to supply this information will result in the order being cancelled and refunded after 72hrs. This is necessary to protect both card holders and SPATZ from fraudulent card transactions. Orders marked for card payment follow-up will not be started until the payment is verified.

Other payment methods

If you do not wish to use a credit card using the NAB facility, we also accept payment by PayPal and Direct Deposit (EFT). If you choose Direct Deposit as you proceed through the checkout, BSB, account and address details will be available to you. Please note: Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. In some cases (EFT) this can take 1-7 business days for the payment to clear (Generally 3-4 though).  Payment by PayPal eCheque can take up 7-10 working days to clear. Special Notes regarding Credit Card Payments

We use the trusty team at NAB to handle our payment processing. When you press the "Pay now" button on your browser, You are securely sending your card details directly to NAB to be processed. At no time do your card details come to the SPATZ website. If you should press this button more than once or refresh your page you may be submitting the form again which may result in a double transaction being charged back to your card. Please let us know if you find you have paid for your order more than once and we will happily refund subsequent transactions that you have initiated. Card processing fees we have incurred will be deducted from the refund amount for the additional transactions you have initiated.

General notes on Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions use

Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions must be applied at the checkout prior to placing an order. Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively. Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions cannot be applied after an order is placed. Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions are date bound. Only one Coupons/Vouchers/Codes/Promotions can be used in a single transaction/order.

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Here at SPATZ Quality and customer satisfaction are important.  All SPATZ products are manually printed here @SPATZ HQ, please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning/sizing although we do try our hardest. Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen. Image/name position/placement may vary from those seen in design selectors – for illustrative purposes only.  

Order Cancellations

Postage is 100% refundable for orders which have not been dispatched.  If the order has been dispatched, then no postage refund is applicable.  For completed sent orders, no Authorised return for refund will be paid until the order is returned and received at SPATZ in original unused condition. Payment processing fees will also be deducted on the total amounts (currently: Paypal 2.75%, credit card 2.5% both payment and refund amounts, Zippay 4%, Afterpay 7%, direct deposit $2). Returned postage charges, if applicable, will also be deducted.

Non-Peak Periods (Mar-Oct)

Once your order has been Received - ie it is marked as Processing, Queued, Printing, Packaged, Awaiting Packaging, Awaiting Response, Completed (not sent), then a 100% cancellation fee will apply (products subtotal*).  Order item details (spelling, etc) may be modified up until the artwork has been customised.

Peak Periods (Oct-Mar)

Once your order has been Received - ie it is marked as Processing, Queued, Printing, Packaged, Awaiting Packaging, Awaiting Response, Completed, then a 100% cancellation fee will apply (products subtotal*).  In other words, no order received in peak periods, may be modified or cancelled.

* Once marked as printing, Permanently name laser marked items (Systema lunch boxes, Contigo items, Goggles etc) attract a 100% cancellation fee.  

Returns

Unauthorised returns will be refused and not accepted. Any unauthorised returns which are delivered will be discarded after 14 days if the customer has not arranged return postage. No refunds will be issued for any unauthorised return. If a valid Return Authorisation Number is not present on a parcel, it will be refused. A Return Authorisation Number will be issued by our team in the event a problem is raised and a return is authorised.

Undeliverable/Carrier Returned Parcels

When parcels are uncollected, undeliverable, refused or otherwise returned to SPATZ by the carrier, returned parcel charges will apply (at rates charged to US by the carrier), as well as the postage for re-sending the parcel. This may differ from the original postage amount charged, as it will be charged at the current rate from the carrier to your postcode for the measured weight (not zoned averages on estimated weights). If you do not wish to pay to have the parcel resent, 100% cancellation on products subtotal will apply, and postage is not refundable as it had already been sent (and incurred further charges, which are still payable).

Changes of Mind

For changes of mind we will happily offer an exchange for another colour, a new size or an entirely different style up until the time your item is marked 'Printing'. As all of our products are personalised and made to order we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after your item has been printed, so please choose your design and size carefully, read all of our product descriptions and also take care when typing in names. Some of our fonts are a little bit fancy and decorative, and are intended to compliment the design, so please ensure that you check out the product image before placing an order. Some fonts use old-style character representations, cursive form character representations or purely decorative forms. Some of our fonts used all uppercase, or all lowercase, or use mixed case representations (eg. 'A' for a lowercase 'a', 'j' for uppercase 'J', etc), so in these cases, it won't matter how you have typed the name as the font may represent it differently. As all of our products are personalised, printed and/or made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns if when you receive your item, you are are unhappy with some aspect of the product, or printing (for example the way the name looks on the design, some element of the design or some element of the printed product) and you change your mind. Replacements are only issued for spelling issues, print quality issues as deemed by SPATZ, and for functional defects of the product itself arising from manufacturing defects. Neither wear & tear of items through use, nor misuse of items are covered by warranties.

Refusal of Orders

SPATZ reserves the right to refuse to process your order at anytime.  If this occurs and your order is cancelled all fund will be returned to your account with which payment was made.

Quality & Faulty Products

As quality issues rarely occur, usually we will ask you to return the product to us for inspection or supply photographs of the perceived issue.  SPATZ reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If SPATZ deems your item is faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a store credit issued for the product only. Do not include any symbols, emoticons, emojis, icons or other graphical characters etc as most of the fonts we use do not have any of these glyphs available. If they are included, then they will be omitted if unavailable in the fonts. Some glyphs can prevent details from being stored on the order. Any print quality issues, including errors in spelling/content, must be reported in writing to SPATZ within 7 days of receipt of your item, using either the website contact form or via email at [email protected]. Failure to report issues within 7 days is taken as unconditional acceptance of the product(s) received. Customer perceived issues with printing and/or print quality, layout, positioning, size, colour, shadowing, or otherwise are generally not actual functional print quality issues. All items are checked and have passed our QA for these and are within our normal printing limits. Occassionally something may slip through these checks, which is why you will be required to supply photos of these perceived issues. If SPATZ determines that there is an actual print quality issue, the item will be redone, or credit may be issued at SPATZ' discretion. The following are examples, which are NOT defects. This is not a complete list.
  • Prints are not intended to join in wrapped prints (bottles, mugs, pet bowls). May be an unprinted area, may be slightly uneven.
  • Designs are not intended to join in wrapped prints (as above)
  • Dinnersets with multiple names and/or additional details will include those only on the plate and bowl. Mugs and cutlery will only include the first name.
  • Minor fold/crease marks resulting in small unprinted areas (any printed fabric)
  • Minor 'fading' of the print (can be a little lighter) around the stitching in printed areas (for instance edge of backpacks, lunchbags, coolerbags, toiletry bags, passport covers, etc)
  • Handles of tote bags will generally have a small amount of print at the base where they connect, which may include folds/unprinted areas. This ensures as much of the full bag face is printed and as little as possible unprinted area on the faces remain
  • Some 'fading' of the print on the reverse/back side of dog bowls where the print joins (opposite the name area)
  • Minor marks in items existing before print
  • Minor colour spots can occassionally occur on some lighter coloured backgrounds (appear as small colour fleck).
  • Omitted details making the designs look off-centre
  • Manufacturing join lines in melamine items
  • Logo print quality on bottom of items, wherever applicable
  • Plates may have small indentations on the underside from the printing process.
  • Melamine mugs and cups may not be perfectly circular, due to the pressures in printing process
  • Reversible fleeces – hem stitching may be sewn either side of the print.
  • Size & positioning can vary from the design simulation samples seen on-screen
  • Different types of items take colour differently, and may appear different to those seen on-screen in the simulated design chooser images, and can differ from one product to another in the same design
  • Furthermore, printed colours will appear different than those seen on-screen due to monitor/screen performance, brand, colour balance, software settings, colour calibration, screen age, etc.
  • Towels & fleeces may arrive a bit flat after print & postage, as expected. A couple of washes and they'll be back to fluffy.
  • Personalised silicone items are laser engraved/burned to cut a relief. The simulations seen on-screen as as close to actual as possible, as seen from particular directions in controlled lighting environments. As they are controlled burned, many factors affect the cut, and will appear 'liney' as this is how they are burned.
  • Swimbags are water resistent. They are not waterproof. They will keep most of the moisure from a damp towel and damp swimmers in or contained in the bag/fabric. i.e. clean towel, damp from drying off a child, swimmers wrung out. Wet items will wet through the fabric.
  • Prints on Bunny/Bear/Lion (ie toy) tees are printed larger than the simulations shown so text is clearly legible
  • Prints on fleece will move with the fibres, and may not be clear/crisp as the fibres move. Rub your hand over to adjust the fibre direction and it becomes clear.
  • Items made from fleece & towel may not be square cut, and there may be up to a 10% squew. Furthermore, the printing process will squew/stretch these further in two directions and those will return to normal shape within a couple of washes
  • Items made from poly-canvas may not appear as crisp in print due to the nature of the fabric.
  • Red 'rash' appearance of some skin tones from customer supplied photos from low DPI and/or low resolution photos. Photos supplied should be at 200-300dpi. Highly compressed photos will also contain a lot of graininess to the print.

Errors in supplied content

We print the details as provided; we do not
  • correct spelling or grammatical errors
  • correct or identify contextual errors
  • identify discrepancies in information between ordered items
  • correct units of measure (Kg/g/lb, cm, in, etc)
  • modify date formats (except with laser engraved items, such as chopping boards & cutlery, as the format is part of these designs)
  • modify our artwork to suit data formats provided by customers ('born on the' will not be changed to 'born on', etc)
  • modify any other aspect of our designs by request, other than for the personalisation text.
  • modify designs to account for omitted information
  • modify customer supplied photographs other than to crop to fit into layouts

  • touch up, recolour, adjust, calibrate, blur, bleed, edit or otherwise of customer supplied photographs
To make the details supplied look their best & as legible as possible in our designs, our artists, at their discretion in performing the tasks, may:
  • adjust positioning of fields provided to fit into our designs
  • scale design elements including names & data provided
  • omit field descriptors/labels (born on, weighing, long) when this information is omitted
  • modify, omit partially or omit entirely the requested additional information provided for the preservation of the integrity of our digital artworks when not applicable to the product and/or design
  • add additional text backgrounds
  • tone-down poor quality customer supplied photos to try to avoid red 'rash' appearance of some skin tones as much as possible (on some products)
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information, in the format they would prefer it to appear to be consistent with the sample of the design they have chosen. Requested Additional Information is applicable to the product and design selected. SPATZ reserves the right to modify, omit partially or omit entirely the requested additional information provided for the preservation of the integrity of our digital artworks. Any perceived issues relating to provided content which has been printed as provided will be deemed an issue with the customer's supply of the information, and is not a print or artwork related issue. SPATZ does not cover the costs of postage of returning items for inspection, or the postage of items being replaced and returned under warranty or returned after inspection.
DIY products and image uploads
Ensure images are smaller than 5MB each. We are quite happy to print almost anything that you choose to design using this service except for Licensed images and graphics subject to copyright. As the creator of your “© Dezign Your Own Stuff” product, By uploading your images you are assuming copyright and responsibility for those images and agree to obeying the laws of Australia. SPATZ Mini Peeps DOES NOT accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit. We reserve the right not to produce any item that may breach our guidelines. If you’re submitting a digital artwork, ensure documents are flattened with no layers. Specifically, PDF layers, annotations, etc may not be visible when we load in the artwork. In the event that your product is lost in transit, SPATZ will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post. In the event parcels or contents are damaged in transit, SPATZ will not be held liable and therefore recommends that insurance is requested to cover the event of loss or damage. If parcels are damaged enroute, be sure to keep all packaging materials so they can be presented to support any insurance claim. Claims will be rejected by the providers without the packaging or inspection. Please note that minor imperfections within the print are expected and are not classed as a "Quality Issue" as all of our products are made by hand and this is what will make your product unique. Reversible fleeces - please note hem stitching may be sewn either side of the print. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on gift with purchase items and/or promotional products.

Breakages

SPATZ does not cover breakages or other functional defects arising from use/misuse, from not following care instructions, or other actions including & not limited to dropping, throwing, rough usage, tearing/cutting, etc. Plastic/melamine items are dishwasher safe on the top shelf of most dishwashers. These are not suitable on high temperature washes (sanitisation, steam or heavy washes). Some brands do wash very hot, especially if they advertise sanitisation functions, and this can deform the melamine. Miele, Maytag, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel & LG all advertise sanitisation and/or steam with cycles in excess of 70C, which is not suitable for melamine. Only issues arising from manufacturing problems are covered for a period.

Product Unavailability

From time to time our products become unavailable even after you have placed your order. We endeavour to contact customers as soon as this occurs. If this does occur a refund may be given for the out of stock item, or your order part-shipped until the item is back in stock, or an equivalent item substituted.  We reserve the right to withdraw any products from sale at any time without notice. Please not that we do not part ship orders. All refunds will be processed and returned to your account with which payment was made.

Privacy & Security

Here at SPATZ, we do not use your personal information for any purposes other than to process your AWESOME order! Your information in used and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. SPATZ does not on sell any information to any third parties. SPATZ will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the "SPATZ Mini Peeps" and "The Peeps" websites or by your use thereof except wherein such liability cannot be excluded by law. SPATZ uses SSL data encryption to protect ALL information supplied on the SPATZ website. We love to show off our products! We take lots of pics of actual order products and we post these to social media. By placing an order, you agree that SPATZ may publish photos of our designs printed onto our products with the details supplied in your order. We don't publish photo items without express consent of the customer.
