Running out of time but still want a personalised gift that feels thoughtful? Rush is for birthdays, baby showers and those “I absolutely meant to order this last week” moments. Selected SPATZ products can be moved to the front of our production queue.
Eligible Rush Orders placed before 12 midday Queensland time on a working day are targeted for next-business-day dispatch once the order is fully paid and ready to make.
This is worth understanding before panic-clicking every button containing the word “Express”.
Rush moves an eligible order to the front of our production queue. If the order meets all Rush requirements and beats the cut-off, we target next-business-day dispatch.
Express Post applies after your order has been made and dispatched. It does not speed up production. If time is tight, you may need Rush production + Express Post.
Eligible Rush Orders should be placed before 12:00pm Queensland time on a working day for next-business-day dispatch.
Orders received after the cut-off may begin Rush processing on the following working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Queensland public holidays are not working days.
The clock starts when the order is paid, complete and has everything we need to make it.
Four steps. Much easier than trying to negotiate with the calendar.
Look for a product that currently shows a Rush Order option.
Add the Rush option when ordering. Additional Rush fees apply.
Your ready-to-make eligible order moves ahead in our production queue.
Tracking is sent when it leaves us and your selected delivery service takes over.
Keep your existing live SPATZ Rush product grid directly underneath this section. Rush availability is controlled product by product, so the live grid remains the source of truth.
Rush Orders cannot be combined with non-Rush items. If you need both, place them as separate orders so the non-Rush products do not hold up the Rush order.
Some products need longer printing, sewing, cutting, finishing or other production steps and simply cannot be completed in the Rush timeframe.
Rush is available only where the option is shown on the product page. Availability can change depending on the product, materials, production capacity and time of year.
If there is no Rush option on the product, it is not currently eligible. Writing “URGENT!!!” in the order notes remains emotionally compelling, but does not create a Rush upgrade.
Rush does not mean we fling it at a printer and hope for the best. Eligible Rush orders are still printed to order, quality checked and carefully packed. Gift-box and message-card options are available where shown on the product.
The additional Rush fee pays for priority production. It is not an extra postal service and it does not guarantee a delivery date.
Rush cannot start while we are chasing missing names, fuzzy photos, failed payments or mystery addresses.
Rush Orders can move into production very quickly, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production starts.
Check names, dates, spelling, wording, photos, product options and the delivery address. A rushed typo is still a typo. It has simply achieved its goals more efficiently.
Any refund of a Rush fee after priority production has commenced is subject to our applicable cancellation terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Rush improves the time it takes us to produce and dispatch an eligible order. It does not guarantee next-day delivery or delivery by a particular date.
Carrier estimates can still be affected by weather, network delays, public holidays, regional services, incorrect addresses and the usual postal plot twists.
If your date is immovable, choose an available Express Post option as well and allow as much time as possible.
Rush Production gets the eligible product made quickly.
Express Post puts the finished parcel onto the faster postal service.
They are separate. For truly last-minute orders, you may need both.
The stuff worth knowing before you hand your emergency to the calendar gods.
Pick an eligible product, order before midday on a working day, make sure every required detail is complete and let us get cracking.
