The current personalised memory box is available in Regular at approximately 20 × 16 × 5.2cm and Large at approximately 27 × 19.3 × 10.6cm. Both use natural wood with a glossy slide-out lid.
Yes on selected products. The Birth Announcement Disc accepts name, date of birth, time, weight and length. The Silver Keepsake Frame can also carry birth details depending on the selected artwork, and the Baby Birth Plate is specifically designed around those arrival details.
The Birth Announcement Disc can be ordered design-only and filled in later with permanent marker. The Ceramic Baby Name Plaque currently also allows the name area to be left blank for later completion. A baby journal is another easy pre-birth keepsake option.

Production varies by product. Current newer items can be around 2–4 working days, while some existing keepsake products still list longer timeframes. For planning, use the current individual product estimate as the final guide; the site-wide header also advises allowing up to 2–10 working days where applicable.
Selected keepsake products offer 24-hour Rush when the service is operating. Rush terms vary by product and can be unavailable during peak periods, so check the live product and Rush instructions before relying on a fixed event date. Rush speeds production only, not postal transit.
