SPATZ orders are made to order. Normal production is around 2–10 working days unless the product says otherwise, but processing extends during peak season from around mid-September through Christmas. Rush is not available during peak periods. We do not put a hard-coded Christmas cutoff date on this page because those dates change — always check the current Processing & Shipping page before relying on a delivery deadline.

Yes. The wooden My First Christmas disc can be personalised by SPATZ or left blank for you to complete later with a fine-tip permanent marker, which makes it particularly useful as a pre-Christmas baby gift.
The current personalised melamine Christmas dinnerware is listed as top-rack dishwasher safe and is not microwave safe. Supervision is recommended for children under four. Always follow the individual product’s full care and safety instructions.
Normal SPATZ production is around 2–10 working days unless the individual product states otherwise. Christmas is a peak season, so processing times extend as order volumes rise. Always check the live Processing & Shipping page before ordering for a fixed Christmas deadline.
Not throughout the peak period. SPATZ’s current processing guidance says Rush is not available during peak seasons. If you are shopping early and Rush is still offered on an eligible product, follow the live product and Rush instructions. Once the Christmas peak begins, order early instead.
No. Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not speed up printing or production. Production happens first, then the parcel enters the selected delivery service.
