If there is no Rush option, that product is not currently eligible. Writing “URGENT!!!” in the order notes remains emotionally compelling, but does not create a Rush upgrade. 😂

An eligible, fully paid and complete personalised order receives priority production and is targeted for next-business-day dispatch when placed before the applicable cut-off.

The preview is not an exact production proof. Letter size, spacing and placement may be adjusted, and colours, decorative effects or extra textures can vary slightly when the actual product is produced.

Upload the correct, clearest photo.

Choose a clear image with enough room around the important face or subject, and make sure the intended file has finished uploading before adding the product to your cart.

Photos may need to be cropped or adjusted to suit the product shape and printable area. We will never assume that the accidental screenshot of your camera roll was an artistic decision.

The time needed to make it.

This begins after payment and all required production details are complete. A Rush upgrade, where available, speeds up this part.

The carrier’s trip after dispatch.

This begins once the finished parcel leaves us. Express Post can speed up delivery, but it does not move an order ahead in our production queue.

A required design, size, colour, personalisation field or other product option is usually still incomplete. Work back through the choices shown on the page.

Not routinely. We print the information supplied, so names, dates and personalised wording must be checked before checkout.

No. Where offered, the preview is a useful guide. Final sizing, spacing, placement, colours, decorative effects and textures may vary or be adjusted during production.

Standard production is generally 2–10 working days unless the product page states another timeframe. Delivery time is additional.

Tracking is emailed after dispatch where the selected delivery service includes tracking.

The font, colours, illustrations and wording placement are all designed to work together. Here is the important stuff to know before you add their very excellent name to something.

Unless the product gives you a font choice.

Typing in capitals does not always mean it will print in capitals.

Names, dates and wording are printed from the details you supply.

We may adjust size, spacing or placement to keep the design looking lovely.

Some letters are built a little differently.

Decorative, handwritten and playful fonts can use letter shapes that look quite different from the standard letters on your keyboard.

These little quirks are part of the font itself and are not printing or spelling errors.

The way you type it tells us the spelling — but not always the case.

Depending on the design, personalised wording may appear in uppercase, lowercase, title case or a playful combination of letters.

Typing a name with a capital first letter — or typing it in ALL CAPS — does not guarantee it will print that way unless the product specifically gives you a letter-case choice.

Screens + printed colours are not identical twins.

Phone brightness, monitor settings, lighting and the material we print onto can all affect the way a colour looks.

Colours on a glowing screen may look slightly different once printed onto fabric, ceramic, melamine, paper or another physical product.

Photos sometimes need a little crop.

If your product includes an uploaded photograph, the final print shape may mean we need to crop, enlarge or reposition the image so it fits the artwork properly.
